It this post I would like to talk to you about a book by Anna Black titled “A Year of Living Mindfully: The Sky is Always Blue” . It is a great book with weekly activities for the whole year that teaches you how to practise mindfulness using different techniques.
The books offers good explanations as to why and how Mindfulness works and gives you the opportunity to put them into work. You can learn about mindfulness and you can find a mindfulness practise that suits you best.
I also love the way this book is laid out and illustrated. It is a great resource to have and to use. If you are trying out mindfulness for the first time or you are just looking for a way to get back into it, have a look at this book, it may be just the book you were looking for.
